- We make shoes on order and order processing time is 14 working days which excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
- Delays are expected during peak season such as December, Eid or Public Holidays etc.
- Customized shoe making & dispatching may take up-to 20 working days
- Exchange/ Returns are accepted within 2 weeks time period
- International Exchange has to be communicated within 2 weeks of receiving the parcel
