RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We offer free exchanges on all retail price articles.There is no exchange or return for items sold on discounted price. For customers in KLI : Karachi, Lahore,Rawalpindi and Islamabad, we’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep and deliver the new item without any additional delivery charges. If you're outside KLI, you'll need to send the package back to us yourself. When returning an item, please mention the name under which the order was placed.

In case the requested exchange item is not in stock, it may take 20–25 working days to dispatch. Processing will only begin once we receive the returned item.Please make sure that nothing is written directly on the shoe box and that it is not taped directly, as this damages the packaging and makes it difficult for us to reuse it 🙃

For international exchange, customer has to send back the product at their expense and have to pay for delivery charges for the exchanged parcel sent from our warehouse as a part of exchange.International order can be exchanged within 3 months of dispatch date. Get in touch via whatsApp or Email provided for return or exchange issues.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We suggest you to read the full description before confirming the order. We will only exchange if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.  

We offer repair for the period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at chapter.13@live.com or calling us at +92 323 4414447 within 7 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.


REFUNDS
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. We will issue a voucher for the amount of the product paid valid for 3 months in case of unavailability of the product or if the product can not be re made for the PAID orders. We suggest you to check with us for discounted articles before making a PAID order. Shipping, bank charges and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow three weeks for the processing of returns and refunds and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 1 working day of order placement. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. CHAPTER 13 may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
